Geofeedia, Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police partner to host first location-based social media intelligence conference
Chicago, IL, August 18 - Geofeedia, a market leader in location-based social media monitoring, intelligence and analysis, and Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (ILACP) will host Latitude 2015, the world’s first location-based social media intelligence conference on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. Registration is now open for the one-day conference, to be held at the University of Chicago’s Gleacher Center. Latitude attendees will hear the latest open sourced intelligence data trends from professionals in the security, public safety and marketing sectors while networking with peers about best practices and success stories.
Keynote speakers include Jonathan Lewin, Deputy Chief of the Chicago Police Department; Sam Yagan, CEO of Match Group; and Maria Vello, CEO & President of National Cyber-Forensics & Training Alliance (NCFTA). Additionally, representatives from the Detroit Crime Commission, Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC), Microsoft, Mall of America and various law enforcement organizations will share expertise and real-world examples for gathering and leveraging location-based social data.
