FacilityONE, PACE and Ridge Global form strategic partnership
Louisville, KY-based FacilityONE, Fairfax, VA-based Pace Global Energy Services and Washington, DC-based Ridge Global report that they have entered in to a strategic partnership that will offer integrated energy, sustainability, facility maintenance and security services to the healthcare, education, commercial and government sectors.
FacilityONE is a provider of Web-based facility and security management solutions. Pace is an energy and carbon consulting firm. And Ridge Global is a security firm headed by Tom Ridge, the first U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security.
Together, the companies say, they will provide an integrated suite of services including comprehensive energy and carbon management, maintenance and facility management and strategic security planning.
The partnership combines the technologies of the FacilityONE Facility Information Solution (FIS) and Pace's Energy and Carbon Management System (ECM Hub), and adds Ridge Global's security-related expertise, according to the companies’ statement.
"In those critical first minutes, hours and days of a natural or man-made disaster, our partnership expands important life-saving capacity by enabling situational awareness of space and resources when time matters most,” Tom Ridge said in a statement. “Further, it supports organizational resiliency by providing vital data for emergency planning as well as post-event restoration of infrastructure."
