What is the easiest and best way to lose weight permanently and effectively
This is a good question, and I’m going to aim to answer it as effectively as possible to help those of you out there who are wishing to lose weight, and of course lose it fast!
The problem is too many of us “fall off track.”
The reason for this is, well we can blame it on many things, laziness, society, motivation, but honestly it’s usually because we don’t have a plan and end game in sight.
Here are the basic rules for weight loss and how to keep it off.
Number 1 Be honest, if we lose 3lbs every week for 12 weeks, will you be happy? This is a realistic goal. Let’s make a short term goal, if you want to lose 40lbs, lets aim for 20 and see how good we look from there.
Number 2 WEIGHT LIFTING is the best way to lose weight and avoid LOOSE SKIN, Loose skin is terrible and if you do heavy weight lifting you’ll PREVENT this as much as possible!
Number 3 Weight lifting causes you to build muscle, the more muscle you have the more fat you burn, man or woman LIFT heavy weights!
Number 4 Eat often, you need to eat frequently, to help burn more calories,
Number 5 Cut the carbs, but keep healthy fats in to stay full!
An example is this, eat mixed vegetables, and a chicken thigh, rather than chicken breast to stay full, remove the pasta and you’ll see dramatic fat loss.
Number 6 Get most of your carbs besides vegetables in the morning!
A good rule of thumb here is to have some protein and then some oats, I love to get some oats and put strawberries and an apply in, this is a great tasty breakfast that is healthy and will help you burn a lot of fat, you will feel full all day and have got plenty of fibre, the rest of the day say bye to those carbs.
Number 7 have a cheat meal once per week, why? Not only is it mentally rewarding, but a cheat meal if done correctly can lead to MORE weight loss due to the increase in calories, just remember it’s a cheat meal, this can be a meal at a restaurant with a desert etc, or anything, BUT NOT a CHEAT day, a cheat day can ruin your entire week! A cheat meal, can improve it!
These are just some very very, basic ways to lose weight and as you can tell we have plenty of fantastic articles on here.
Another method worth looking into is to take steroids for muscle gain and fat loss such as Anavar or Clenbuterol. Clen is a very powerful fat burner that is capable of helping you burn an extra 2-3lbs of fat per week, so if you normally burn 2lbs, expect another 2lbs every week, be sure to think about that!
For girls or guys, the main rule of thumb is to take a photo every week 2, honestly this helps me when I’m trying to get to 5-6% Body fat from say 12, sure you might be higher, but it doesn’t matter, imagine when you go “Huh, I can see this I couldn’t last week” or in a month you go “WOW look how good I look here.”
These things help. Think of what you are doing it for and why you want to look good, I don’t care what the reason is as long as it’s important to you thats all that matters.
Work hard, train hard and lift heavy and you’ll do perfect.
