AMAG Technology appoints Rebecca Law its vice president of sales

AMAG Technology, a supplier of access control, IP video and intrusion detection (IDS) solutions, has named Rebecca Law as its new vice president of sales.

Law will manage AMAG’s team of regional sales managers and sales engineers in North America in an effort to grow AMAG’s business, support customers with excellence and espouse AMAG’s “Exceptional Customer Service” philosophy. She reports to Matt Barnette, executive vice president of sales and marketing.

“We are excited to have Rebecca back in this leadership position,” said Barnette. “Her experience, drive and commitment to Exceptional Customer Service, as well as her inside working knowledge of AMAG, make her the ideal person for this challenging position.”

She returns to AMAG after two years as Johnson Controls, Inc.’s manager of its security and fire branch in Roswell, GA, where she successfully led the branch of 26 people across two states to exceed its sales goals and earned numerous branch awards. Prior to her time at JCI, Law was employed at AMAG as its southeast regional sales manager where she effectively managed a six-state region resulting in significant growth. She worked closely with AMAG’s integrator partners and the business development team to establish many new accounts, including multiple international airports, the largest oil refinery in the western hemisphere, a 30-building research institute and a 75-building county project.
