People: Bieber in as president at BAE’s Network Systems

Reston, VA- based BAE Systems, the defense and aerospace company with 97,500 employees worldwide, has named Erwin Bieber president of its Network Systems business. Network Systems serves the U.S. intelligence, defense and homeland security markets with products and capabilities in communications and tactical networks; advanced information technology; and command, control, computing and intelligence systems. The Network Systems business employs 5,000 people at more than 10 major U.S. sites, including San Diego, CA; Burlington, MA; and Wayne, N.J. Previously, Bieber was vice president of engineering for BAE’s Electronics & Integrated Solutions operating group.


Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based Cross Match Technologies, Inc., a provider of biometric identity management solutions, has named James Grau to succeed James Ziglar as president and CEO. Ziglar will retire in August 2008, after holding the posts for four years. Previously, Grau held the post of group president, Microwave Components and Subsystems, for Smiths Group PLC, a provider of technologies for the threat and contraband detection, medical devices, energy and communications markets worldwide.


Suffern, NY-based On-Net Surveillance Systems Inc, a provider of IP-based video surveillance software, has named Kevin Bradley to the post of director, North American sales, where he will be responsible for continuing to build OnSSI’s sales infrastructure, instituting various sales operations and processes, developing and managing sales performance, and enhancing the company’ revenue growth. Recently, Bradley served as the senior vice president, sales and marketing, for DIGIOP Technologies, of Houston, TX.


Pearl River, NY-based Insightix, the network security provider, has named Limor Elbaz to the post of vice president of business development, where she will execute the company’s business strategy for accelerating top-line growth through new OEM ventures that employ its Insightix Network Visibility platform. Clients use Insightix technology to detect, identify, profile and control all devices connected to their IT networks in real-time, according to a company statement.


Westminster, CO-based Integrator Support, a provider of recurring monthly revenue opportunities and financial leasing programs for security system integrators, has named Daniel Youngerman to the post of vice president, corporate programs, where, according to a company statement, he will be accountable for growth and development of new prospects, as well as existing clients and marketing initiatives. Youngerman is a 20-year veteran in security force management.
