People: New Jail Official in West Virginia

Terry Miller, a longtime sheriff’s deputy, and head of the West Virginia state administrative agency that oversees homeland security expenditures, has been named interim director of the state’s Regional Jail Authority. Miller will serve in the jail position until a permanent replacement is named.

The PSA Security Network has hired Sarah Siebert, a public relations professional with a bachelor’s degree in technical journalism from Colorado State University, as its new communications coordinator. Previously, PSA Security Network, a large cooperative of electronic security companies, had outsourced its publicity duties.
