People: Adm. Thomas Fargo joins AtHoc strategic advisor board

AtHoc, Inc., of Burlingame, CA, appointed Admiral Thomas Fargo (USN-Ret.) to the company’s board of strategic advisors. AtHoc provides network-centric emergency notification systems widely used for military as well as civilian first responder operations. Adm. Fargo, who retired after a 35-year career in the Navy, including six tours in Washington, DC, currently serves as president of Trex Enterprises Corp., and is CEO of its Loea Corp. subsidiary, which develops high bandwidth wireless communications.
Stephen Cambone has joined QinetiQ North America, of McLean, VA, as senior vice president for strategy. Previously, Cambone had served on the staff of the Los Alamos National Laboratory and was staff director for two congressionally-mandated commissions dealing with national security. QinetiQ provides defense and security technology solutions for government customers.
PSA Security Network, of Westminster, CO, announced the appointment of Brian Hileman as assistant systems administrator, responsible for network and computer maintenance at the electronic security cooperative.
