The Transportation Security Administration is seeking to lease office space, which must yield 13,000 useable square feet, for administrative offices in San Jose, CA. The ideal space will consist of a minimum of 15,000 rentable square feet of space to yield between 13,000 and 14,500 useable square feet for administrative office space. For security reasons the proposed space must not be on the top floor of the building, or on the ground floor of the street side of the building. A first floor will be considered if no other space is available or deemed appropriate by the agency, however second floor or higher is preferred/required. The building should have a loading dock and freight elevator for deliveries. Lease should be "Full Service" for all services, supplies and utilities. The space must be accessible by major arterial roads and/or public transportation systems to San Jose International Airport. The location must not be in the immediate vicinity of any potential environment threats, such as fuel storage areas, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc. Additional requirements include sufficient parking for visitors and the ability to house a 24-hour operation within the space. The U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration seeks a security system for the National Marine Fisheries Service building in St. Petersburg, FL. The system will include an access control proximity card reader, a CCTV video surveillance system and related software. The contractor will provide and install 46 FIPS-201 compliant and approved card readers and associated equipment as replacements for existing readers, as well as provide and install 11 new color video cameras as replacements for existing cameras.
