The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking education and training services to confirm relevant physical job tasks necessary to accomplish the Office of Law Enforcement/Federal Air Marshal Service (OLE/FAMS) mission, and to determine job-performance physical fitness standards and minimum requirements. The end product of the TSA solicitation will be used by FAMS management in conjunction with FAMS training officers to develop recruitment screening, a basic fitness training program for recruits, a recurrent training program for the OLE/FAMS, a process for measuring a given FAM’s level of fitness and a fitness standard for making employment decisions.
