The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) is conducting an end-user functionality and efficacy assessment of Class 2 CBRN terrorism incident protective ensembles to validate their employment and effectiveness when used by emergency responders in weapons of mass destruction (WMD) or hazardous materials (HAZMAT) environments. The user assessment program will provide the emergency response community with feedback on equipment based on utilization in scenarios that replicate, to the maximum extent possible, conditions that would be experienced in an incident response. Immigration & Customs Enforcement – Federal Protective Service is seeking a contractor to provide 24x7 maintenance support for two Nortel Norstar phone systems that provide phone service to the ICE FPS Battle Creek MegaCenter in Battle Creek, MI. The contractor will complete an annual preventive maintenance inspection of each Nortel Norstar phone system.
