The U.S. Army seeks maintenance services for ADT security systems at its Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. The anticipated contract is part of the Army’s on-going need for intrusion detection systems and support equipment at the proving ground facility. In a separate development, the Army Sustainment Command issued a sources sought notice, seeking manufacturers of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) for use at the McAlester Army Munition Plant in McAlester, OK. The Army plans to seek bids to implement a secure GPS network to facilitate tracking a variety of equipment in real- or near real-time within the McAlester plant, which covers more than 42,000 acres.
