The Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology (DHS S&T) Directorate is seeking information on the development of a working concept for an affordable communications system that can provide first responders with
resilient and durable communications even after the loss of conventional communications. The request for information, to be submitted in the form of a White Paper up to 25 pages, is the first step in a process that could lead to an operational demonstration within one to three years. Contact:

DHS is seeking small business 8(a) firms to provide
professional information sharing and collaboration support services for the Office of Intelligence and Analysis, Information and Knowledge Management Division, Information Sharing & Collaboration Branch.
