DHS and the $200 million cyber security mystery

People: Bush names Cairns as DHS "Human Capital" chief

Prior to this DHS position, Cairns worked in the private sector, where he has more than 30 years of human resource management experience, mkost recently as a senior vice president with NBC Universal responsible for all human resource and labor relations practices, policies and programs within its Media Works – Media Technology and Operations unit.
