New Products: IndigoVision in the mood for new HD IP CCTV cameras

HD IP CCTV CAMERAS - IndigoVision, of Middlesex, NJ, is launching a range of high-definition (HD) IP CCTV cameras worldwide at upcoming international security shows. The HD 10000 series will complement the company’s existing 8000 and 9000 IP cameras. The HD 10000 series uses H.264 compression technology that allows HD video to be streamed at 15 fps and recorded for 50 days, using just 1TB of storage. Options include full duplex audio and a range of different housings and fixings for wall or ceiling mounting. The company expects to roll out HD versions of all its current IP cameras shortly.



IP DOME CAMERA – Two New York State-based companies have integrated their separate products to launch a new IP camera called the Nextiva S2800e. The camera combines encoding technology from - Verint Systems Inc., of Melville, NY, with the SurveyorVFT camera dome from Vicon Industries Inc., of of Hauppauge, NY.



HIGH SECURITY SHREDDER – Rockville, MD-based Whitaker Brothers has updated its Model 007SF high-security paper shredder, adding a new door and a color scheme to match most office décor. The shredder, priced at just under $5,200, has a 26 reams/per hour and a 10 sheets/pass capacity.
