NETWORK VIDEO CONTROL - IndigoVision, of Edinburgh, UK, announced the release of a major upgrade to its Control Center software and family of network video recorders (NVRs), allowing users to implement advanced redundancy strategies for CCTV recording. In the upgraded systems, NVRs can work as failover backups and mirrors for primary NVRs, even if they are located in different physical locations. The backup NVRs also continuously monitor the primary NVRs to check availability and synchronize configurations.

E-LEARNING - Bosch Security Systems, Inc., of Fairport, NY, expanded its online training offerings, releasing two new e-learning courses: Access Personal Edition and the AutoDome Modular Camera System. The self-placed classes can be completed in sections at the participant’s convenience.
