CBP licenses testing and assessment software from QuestionMark Corp.

Customs and Border Protection has awarded a small business set-aside contract worth almost $250,000 to QuestionMark Corp., of Norwalk, CT, for an enterprise license allowing up to 100,000 CBP personnel to use QuestionMark’s Perception assessment software.
The Perception assessment management system enables trainers, educators and testing professionals to author, schedule, deliver, and report on surveys, quizzes, tests and exams, according to the company’s Web site.
Distinguishing features of Questionmark Perception include distributed authoring and item management, scheduling, blended delivery, reporting and analytics, translation management, integration, interoperability and standards support, and languages.
The award for $248,675 was announced online on August 10.
“Questionmark technologies and services enable reliable, valid and defensible assessments by empowering instructors through collaborative authoring, accommodating participant needs with blended and multilingual delivery and informing stakeholders through timely reporting and meaningful analytics,” explains the company’s Web site.
