Science Applications International Corp., has announced it has been awarded a new task order by the 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS), Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska to support the Joint Electronic Warfare Center, Nevada (JEWC-N).
The task order has an 11 month base period of performance, three one-year options and a total value of more than $14 million, if all options are exercised. Work will be performed primarily at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.
The task order was awarded under the U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Systems and Mission Support (USAMS) II contract.

Under the task order, SAIC will provide support in areas such as operational procedure development; service components and combatant command collaboration; plan management; test plan integration; test material development; and mission requirement articulation.
"We look forward to continuing our support under the USAMS II contract by providing quality test and evaluation services to help meet critical mission objectives in the electronic warfare arena," said Chuck Zang, SAIC’s senior vice president and business unit general manager.
