Suspect Detection Systems names new CEO and board chairman

New York City-based Suspect Detection Systems Inc., a developer of counter terror and crime prevention technology, has named Gil Boosidan CEO and Yoav Krill chairman of the board of directors.
Boosidan served as an executive of IDT Corp. for 10 years. His posts there included senior vice president of the treasury, and CEO of IDT Investments Inc. Previously, Boosidan served as senior accountant within Israel's Ministry of Defense.
During the past 12 years, Krill served in several senior posts at IDT Corp. Prior to that, according to Suspect Detection, he held senior posts in El Al, the Israeli national airline, as well as at Bezeq, an Israeli communications provider.
Suspect Detection Systems Inc. is a developer of Cogito, a proprietary technology said to detect the hidden hostile intent of assailants.
